Aholics.com v0.3.5

Paused
Aholics.com tagline over cheering fans beside a list of enthusiast community domains

What it is

We all have things we're addicted to, most of them are healthy! We're here to promote those. Aholics.com takes a topic, scours the best sources of content for that topic, collects trending information in real time and creates its own articles. FULL ATTRIBUTION to the original author and source is built-in and non-negotiable.

When I started exploring this concept a year or two ago, crawling sites for content felt more accepted than it does today. I've paused the project while I work through the legal questions around the model. I'm exploring what a viable path forward could look like.

Why it exists

I am a huge Detroit Lions fan. Used to watch Barry Sanders as a kid from my dad's tickets. I don't have nearly enough time to keep up on everything going on from all my favorite sources, so I built something to do that for me. Turns out, it created really good content. Also turns out, I have a great domain to do this for just about any topic!
